Slow in SF

Is anyone else experiencing a big slow down in bookings?

Try using the Airbnb web site for a search - they are now listing everything by base price (not inc cleaning fee etc) so it's almost impossible to figure out actual price without scrolling over every listing.

If your base price is high you will get no bookings.

Yes! It's always slow for us around December and January but this season has been slower than usual. Not sure why...
