Smart pricing

Hi, 

Airbnb had been lowering the pricing of my listing even if I set a minimum and a maximum.I've seen other room well above the price of my rooms so I don't think the explanation was accurate; 

As previously explained, when the Smart Pricing is on, your nightly rate will really be adjusted and this usually goes down dramatically. This happens even when you have a minimum nightly rate set

Hello @Mika25 I have never seen any reservation of mine below my minimum prices, and I've been on smart pricing for almost a year.

I was just advised to turn off smart pricing because they were having issues with it.
