Starting a new experience in a foreign country. Questions about business license in that country

Hello Airbnb Family!

I am currently a happy super host in the U.S. and a U.S. resident although I live in Vietnam fulltime. I am interested in starting a small expierience tour here in Vietnam and was wondering if the marketing is done through airbnb and the payment is processed in U.S. and then sent to my bank in U.S. Do I need any kind of business license or anything here?
