Stolen Money

Hi there,

Has anyone here had money withheld because of missing business information? I've followed the instructions, completed all of the information, spoken  to the useless call centre in the Philipines and remain out $11k. I keep being told to wait and then receive more messages asking me to complete my completed information. I'm going insane and heading to the poor house. Everyone that I speak to keeps telling me to wait and won't put me through to anyone. What can a person do? Is this a police issue? Please let me know how others have resolved this issue.
