I have a booking for July and have contacted guest to confirm say.no reply can you contact and confirm that they are coming as otherwise I can free up Room for Sale.

mar from Sunnyside. They made booking in January for July 14/22

@Mar112 If you have a confirmed booking, you are supposed to honour it. A booking is a valid contract until it is cancelled and unless the guests have cancelled, you must assume they are arriving. Guests have paid their stay in full to airbnb, there is no reason to assume they are not coming or to require reconfirmation. Exactly how had you planned to free up the dates ? If you cancel, the dates will be blocked in your calendar and there are also further penalties.

Early bookings for peak season are not uncommon - I get bookings more than a year in advance sometimes.

Great. Am happy and look forward to hosting these people. My only worry was they might not turn up!

i started early 2018 got a tag as Super Host but since then have had very few Airbnb people despite great reviews! Maybe 2019 might be the year? I do not want to cancel so thank you for answering so quickly. Mar

Am happy they are coming. Just worried as long time booking and I sent message to people with no reply. I started with you guys early 2018 became Super Host and great reviews and now hardly any bookings! Look forward to maybe more bookings in 2019 mar
