Superhost status lost due to fake dates

1. Our commitment rate went down due to wife of a guest kept losing their password so would input fake dates to be able to email us with questions. We declined fake reservation request and answered her inquiries (about linens, beach towels, etc ....INFO THAT WAS ON OUR LISTING) but lost Superhost badge and I can only see that its commitment rate that lowered. How to reinstate?

Are you saying BnB took away your Superhost status, because you decline a booking?

Why don't you call them and explain what happened they should be able to see from the messages the wife.
