Superhost

Hi,

since we live abroad we can only offer our property in Haifa for a week or longer.

Nevertheless it is going very well, it is booked often and Airbnb get a good commission for bringing our guests and us together.

However, we’ll never get the Superhost status because we make “only” one or two deals per month.

it would be nice if the total number of nights  - not only the bokking’s number will be taken into consideration!

thx

@Zafrir0, The information on the AIrBnB website (https://www.airbnb.ca/superhost ) says you only need to host ten stays per year to satisfy this criterion. You should be ok, even if you only host once guest per month, on average.

@Zafrir0, as @Isabel203 has mentioned, you only need to have 10 stays in a year to qualify for SuperHost (along with the other criteria). If you are hosting 1 or 2 stays each month, you will easily have more than 10 in a year.

If you go to your Host Dashboard and select the "Stats" page, then select the "Standards" tab, you can scroll down and see exactly how you stand with regard to SuperHost status.
