Taxable earnings from abroad (Swiss Earnings, UK Tax Payer)?

Hi There

I rent 2 flats in Switzerland, and sub let them through AirBnB during the year. I come no where near to covering the rent I pay for them and purely use AirBnB to subsidise the time i do not myself use the flats.

Do you know if i have to declare this income in the UK if i am a UK resident and UK tax payer?
