Text/Words on photos

Hi, 

I think that text on photos do enhance certain point that we are trying to highlight about our place. 

But i am not sure what AirBNB policy is on this. I've seen threads where people are saying that their listing is taken down after doing that. 

Can anyone verify this? 

I came across a listing that has text but seems to be on the first page. Attached is the picture.

I put writing on mine when the site changed from showing title and host pic on the home page. I was expecting the rules to soon change to banning photos with writing, but I have had it up for a couple of years now. Are there rules I have missed?

Hi there. I also use text on my front picture to highlight some of my amenities because guests seem sometime very lazy to reed. It does not seem to be a problem.

I have noticed that some hosts put their phone numbers and address on the picture. This encourages bookings outside Airbnb and I think that is where the problem comes in.
