The guest extend for two weeks stay than one week. Then he said he want to stay till June without airbnb. (he said he had done it so many times). We are a bit hesitant. Today he suddenly exploded.
The problem is we have a screen door (no key) and a wooden door. Normally screen door was open. We locked it during dinner three times (wooden door open), afraid anyone can come in, So we locked the screen door. as I am at the living room anyway. I have never let him wait for more than 5 secs to open the door. He got the key for another entry at the back of the house, so we never thought it's a problem.
However, the guest was really upset. He said our behaviour of not giving him all keys is in violation of Airbnb policy. We explained. But he is not satisfied, insisting we are not friendly. He said with so many good reviews, people will believe him. There is no serious argument.(we don't want to irritate him) But we feel extremely uncomfortable that he threatened us and implied a bad review. Do we have to give the guests all access even he can enter the house anyway? What should we do if he leaves bad review?
