Trying to find airbnb contact to cancel reservation

There was just a misunderstanding with the reservation neither of us should be penalized. Hostess wanted to cancel but doesn't want to be charged Airbnb fees how do I contact a representative

@August0 you and your guest should contact Airbnb to explain the situation.  Don't cancel on your own as Airbnb will penalize you. Here's how to contact Airbnb;
