I wanted to update those interested in the loan. This is not the PPP loan but a long-term very low interest loan. My Airbnb runs through my corporation first of all and I do have a credit score in the high 700's. I applied for the loan early in April and I was approved for the loan yesterday. I was able to choose the amount from $1000-$55.5k and with a interest rate of 3.25% for 35 years. At the high end the payment would be about $271/month and you get a 12 month grace period. So good news, hosts are able to get the loan. Of course individual results will vary but I know one of the biggest questions on Airbnb forums is if hosts are being approved for this type of loan. So there is some hope! Good luck everyone!
