Unable to contact guest

Hi all,

I have a guest booked to arrive today. I have tried contacting them through site and their phone number - no success

is there anything else I can or should do?thank you!

Just  wait until cheack in if no answer or cheack in contact Airbnb

We cannot get in contact with the customer to tell them we are full already!

We have also had people stay and we have not received any money through

@Gareth198 You need to contact Airbnb urgently and explain that you have (somehow) managed to take a booking you cannot honour. YOU will need to cancel the guest and take the consequences.

Guests often don't respond via the messaging system. And often the phone number is wrong. May have changed phones since they signed up. 

Might as well open a ticket and tell sirbn

I seem to be having the same problem unable to contact any guests is there a problem or just me
