Unable to decline a reservation request

Hello,

Today I am unable to decline a reservation request. The button "decline" is not enabled, a sit appears light red. Tried to contact Airbnb but can't find a way to email or call them. Anyone knows? I have of course responded to the guests but still it shows as an open reservation request.

@Anonymous  You need to call AirBnB this bug has been affecting people for over a week now.

I have been trying to decline a request all day but it won't allow me to do it so my calendar stays blocked for those dates - any advice?

I have the same issue today, cannot decline, and I tried so many times! Called Airbnb but didn't get solved. Might be a system bug?

same problem here - it comes up with an error and says I need to enter 30 characters - which I have done.
