i had updated my calanders to have specific prices during the summer holidays and to only accept full weeks from sunday to sunday. in the next few days however i got a booking at a 'winter' price during the summer holidays going saturday to saturday. i was forced to cancel this booking as the guest could not afford the summer price, and air bnb blocked the week. however it straddles 2 of my holiday weeks. i have now turned off smart pricing and check the calander regularly but i dont understand how the system overrode my settings and i can seem to find anyway to contact airbnb to get them to take the block off. help!!!
