Underage booking accepted before realising they are not allowed to book!

Basically this 17 year old boy from Brazil want to stay at my airbnb just for 2 days before and after staying with his host family. He is coming over for a language school course. Never faced similar case before, I asked him to bring parents approval letter and allow him to book. Now that he has booked it I found out you cannot set up an account under 18,  I do not want to cancel his booking after accepting as it will affect our listing as hosts, but I do not want to host him anymore. I have reported the boy's profile but there are only 3 categories and I do not know how Airbnb will process it?

Any advice on what to do?

Just contact AirBnB and get them to cancel for you - that way it won't affect your ratings.

just confused why you went to the trouble of getting a latter from his parents which means you must have known he was a minor? 

Anyway ... minors can't enter into a contract so you won't be covered legally nor by Airbnb
