Unfair guest reviews... He prolonged his stay and left us 2 bed reviews

This was the situation:
 
we have received an Inquiry from guest on 7th of January, with massage where he had gave his phone number (it was of course hidden by Airbnb), wanting to communicate about details of the reservation. That was a red flag for us! We have then checked his profile and saw that he have had registered in January this year and that he has no Government ID. We have declined him. 
As always we take Airbnb rules very seriously and do not engage  in any sort of communication outside of Airbnb before the guest make a reservation. We had these situations before were potential guests had sent their phone number, asking to communicate, pay outside the Airbnb etc. - we always decline them.
So, also in this case, for mentioned reason, we have declined this guest. But after some time he made an instant booking for dates 8-13 January (meanwhile he added a Government ID to his profile). We then welcomed him and gave him all necessary information about check -in. After a few days he also made a second reservation (prolonged his stay for 2 days). 
When he have left I wrote the review for his stay (two reviews because he had booked twice - prolonged his stay). We had no issues with his stay except a small communication issues on the check - out date where he sent bunch of messages to my co - host changing his plans from minute to minute. But over all, it was a good experience hosting him.
 
But when we saw his review for us, we were very unpleasantly surprised that he gave us mark 2 for communication explaining that he was not pleased with our behavior when we had rejected his request, after that first message with phone number.
We have send him a message explaining the Airbnb rules and apologizing for the inconvenience with hope that that experience had not spoil his stay at our home and our city.
 
As you can imagine, we are very unpleased with this, because it ruins our perfect marks that we are so diligently trying to maintain.
 
Also, guest gave us two reviews and mark 2 for both,  for the same reason.
