Dear All,
I may not be the proper platform to address but i'll give it a try. I have had my Airbnb account for 2 years, hosting multiple people, for the past few weeks I have not been able to log in my account. the following message pops up as I try to register with Gmail account, "Unfortunately we were not able to authorize your account".
Could you anyone help, when you have a chance?
Many thanks for your time
F
You need to contact Airbnb customer service for all technical questions. We are just a community of hosts, we arent' staff here that can go in and access your account.
Try calling the appropriate # from here:

I'm living in Thailand and there is no number in Thailand.
How could I do with this problem? I need to contact my host in the coming trip next week.
To find the phone number for your region, just look on ANY guest reservation form for any guest who has stayed with you past present or future and you will find the phone number for Airbnb on it.
I have this problem like probably thousand, where do you get an airbnb support email address? Can't see it on the site at all.
Cheers,
Hello @Fabrice1,
Sorry to hear you are having problems with this. Have you visited the contact section in the Airbnb Help Center? Here is the link in Spanish. I hope this helps. 🙂

Clear your cookies and cache and restart your browser - totally worked for me!
Hi everybody.
As mentioned above: Call the service center.
I tried for month to wait, to change between browsers and delete chache. I work some of the time, but the problem came back over and over again. I finally gave up and called Airbnb service center.
They gave me a code, that I could use for login and then I could change the code to a personal one.
Facebook login to Airbnb is still troublesome but if I logon with email and password then it works every time so far.
Now the browser remember my password and it is as easy to get in as it were with Facebook originally.
So bottom line: Call Airbnb service center, as others have suggested - and ask for a new code.
Greetings
