Yes if you snooze your listing, confirmed guest will still be able to communicate ewith you via the Airbnb platform.
The only reason you won't receive new messages making enquiries or requesting booking is because you property will not appear when a guest does a search. So technically, your property will not exist during the snooze period and it if it doesn't exit you can't get messages from people who don't know that you have a property to let.
Re access to address, your confirmed guest would have received an automatic e-mail with details of address, phone number etc. once they confirmed the booking, same like you would have received an automated e-mail with their full name, contact number etc. If it makes you feel better, you can manually e-mail them these details, it won’t hurt if they receive it twice but at least it will put your mind at rest.
