So,
I've oppened several tickets with airbnb about the visitor stats which are not working for a long time. We can't measure the demand and plan ahead as there is no way to tell what is going on.
Airbnb support has been nothing more than a very unprofessional bunch of people that close tickets without replies, or simply asnwer they will look into it and never get back to me. It is a disgrace method of doing support.
Again I'm opening a ticket today about this, and most likely ina few dyas or weeks it will be closed without any responde from support and they will archive it. What a joke, if I treated my customers like that, they would be out of the door straight away.
That is what happens when a company grows and start to focus just on numbers and profit and forget what made them what they are now, which is the community of people hosting. Without us airbnb is nothing more than a website with bugged stats.
It is a shame this brand is following what others do, they grow and forget theyr roots and just capitalise.
Shame on your support airbnb, shame on you!
