We'd like to see better functionality when communicating with guests

We'd love to see canned responses on the desktop as well as mobile apps, all managed from the desktop web browser application. This would make things so much easier when trying to respond to enquiries and send messages in the lead up to a guest visiting.


We'd also love to see some more CRM like functionality to be able to group customers and market to them by group via AirBnB after their stay. Sending individual messages is a chore.
