Weekly Discounts with Different Daily Rates

I just recently received a request for a week-long stay at our house.  For two of the nights, we have it higher than the other 5 nights because of an event going on in our city that weekend. When the guest requested the stay, it DIDN'T calculate the higher rates into the reservation inquiry, but it DID calculate our 10% discount for a week reservation at our regular rate.  Who can I contact to figure out why that happened?
