Getting the Alteration Right - I have a guest who extended his stay for 11 days at the last minute. I called CX for help. In the past CX have always provided me excellent service. But I now have a guest staying in my house out of contract because CX scheduled the stay one day shy. When using the alteration to extend a stay, start out early so last minutes fix don't turn out to be hot mess mix.
