Sweet! Thanks for the opportunity. We've only been doing this since the end of December 2017, so this was a nice surprise! One of my focus points is communicating openly and checking in with our guests regularily to make them feel cared for, and responding to their concerns in a way that makes them feel like they are helping us out--because they are! Feedback is vital to making our listing into a place that people want to stay. 

We're looking forward to this new phase of Airbnb'ing!
