Western Union payment expired

Hello everybody!

I have been getting my payouts through Western Union in Costa Rica. 

Today I went to collect the money and was told that my payment was expired due to the 30 day policy.

Does everybody know what need to be done to get the money back?

In the past ive done this several times. you have to conact airbnb and send them the expired mtcns and request to send you new ones. 

airbnb doesnt make it easyt to contact them though. my method was going through the help options under the payment category until i reach the option to type in my question.

How to contact airbnb by email to sent expired mtcns and request to send you new ones. 

Please help let me know, because now I am in case western union payment had expired.

I do have almost the same problem.. is not expired yet the payment in Western Union but I am abroad till after the term of 30days.. and I forgot to withdrawn before leaving..

Can't you use the mtcns anywhere there is a Western Union and get your money in the denomination where you pull it?
