What are the best sites to list your rental on? Our rental is in Panama City Beach, FL

I currently use AIRBNB, VRBO, Homeaway, Flipkey. Any other successful sites you know of would be appreciated.

Today we have 100% of our bookings using oinly Airbnb...

Homeaway is good too and I wasn't that lucky with FlipKey...

Because Airbnb is keeping me busy I delisted my houses from the other websites...

 We have a 2/2 pool home, sleeps 6. In Gulf Gate Village, Sarasota, fl.

I got suckered in to Tripz. They poach your listing and photo's-badly- and then try to get $500 a year to post on their buggy website. Avoid them and their calls. I  negotiated  1 yr service for $100. and never have had 1 booking.

I use  Homeaway too.  Bigger service $$ haircut but so far this year, our 1st year as Hosts, we've had rentals from Chile, Germany, Pakistan and Agentina. we charge more on Homeaway. They charge us 8% booking fee vs 3% on AirBnB.

Does anyone know where to advertise for cohost and or cleaning services. I have over 5 years experience and great reviews from guest. Thanks so much
