What homeowners insurance covers MA coastal bed and breakfasts renting 3 rooms?

We live in our Martha’s Vineyard Bed and Breakfast home. In addition to our own living space we have 3 bedrooms that we book either separately or in combination. We have been informed that the homeowners insurance that we have (Lloyds of London) will not renew because they will no longer be insuring coastal MA. (We are not in a flood zone and not directly on the water.)

Does anyone have any suggestions for carriers that they are using?

Yes, American National ( aka Farm Family) will cover your home. If it is your personal home it would go under homeowners insurance. If it is a second home you can have it covered as a renters policy. Hope this helps, Good Luck!
