How do I call Airbnb? I'm in Canada. Thx.
Yes, and what happens if the new owners want to continue to accept existing, and future, bookings? Can the listing pretty much stay as it is, just with a change to the hosts (and co-hosts) details or does it have to be deleted and the new owners have to start again from scratch?
This is my question too. I am selling my condo, and the new owner will honor existing reservations. How do I do this?
@Wayne15 You have to let the guests know that the property is changing hands and that there will be a new host and give them the option of keeping their reservation or cancelling it with full refund. Guests look at reviews and reviews are based not just on the property, but also the host. And the reviews stay with your account, they can't be transferred to the new owner.
If the new owner has other Airbnb property and good reviews, you could always send them a link to those listings so they could see that the host is experienced and gets good reviews.
