What is your experience with Experiences?

In the near future, my husband and I would like to have an Experience along with our rental. We would offer ATV tours of our high desert area. I was wondering about other host experiences with Experiences. Are they worth it? Problematic? What do you think of our idea? Thanks!

@Christina0  I would think you would need some serious liability insurance to do ATV tours.
