Hello all! I've been doing great in Airbnb land, but I came back to find my first party that got out of control. The person who booked said it was only him staying, but alas! A wild party was wrought. I saw three people leaving in a car, so I thought the coast was clear. I had waited a little after checkout so they had time to leave. When I came in, my couch was in the entrance way, my china cabinet was cleaned out, and television missing (I did find where most of these things were, but I have a rule that things are supposed to be put back where they found them if they were moved). I then went upstairs, and had to wake up three very hungover young adults. As I need to close for two days to clean this up and fix related damage, I would love to hear your stories to make me feel better. 🙂
