What shall I do if guests breaking my house rules

Hello everyone,I have a horrible couple living at my place now,I got a complaines from other guests saying that other people do not clean anything after they leave,also I got complaines from neighbours that our guests were drunk singing outside on the terrace at 1.30 am .I tryed to talk to them and they were very agressive to me ,and now I dont know what shall I do,also I am worrying for my raiting and rewiews from their side

They need to leave, to protect yourself in the ABB world I would contact them, explain the issue and that they be relocated.

can't you cancel the reservation? The people at ABB are great. Call them and ask if cancelling doesn't work.

It is time to ask them to leave and tell them Airbnb will help them secure another place. I asked someone ot leave one time and when she came downstairs I asked her to please take all of he belonging with her and Airbnb would help her to secure somehing more suitable for her needs. I did it this way because I wanted to catch her by surprise and not give her an opportunity to copy my key or destroy any of my belongings. Airbnb is really good about this.

BTW she was out and Airbnb sent her an email of places more suitable...just make sure you contact Airbnb before you toss them out to alert them what is going on and why you want them out. They will diplomatically handle it from there.
