What your pre-booking message says?

Is it something like generally welcome message or do you mention something specifically?

My pre-booking message:

" I feel great when my guests enjoy their vacation so I will do my best that you come back home with a wonderful memories of Croatia and Split adventure."

It would be great if you could share yours.

@Blagoje0  In addition to welcoming the traveler, my pre-booking message includes the following statement, "Please be sure to read my description and rules to ensure my place will meet your needs."

"Hello, please read our house rules and description, let us know the exact time of your arrival and bed arrangement and contact us for info about hosting your pet or parking reservation. Tnx :)"

@Blagoje0  belive me, at least 90% of them don't read this message 🙂
