Where do I submit documentation for extenuating circumstances?

I have been searching for 20 minutes now and cannot find where I'm supposed to submit documentation for extenuating circumstances. I had to cancel a reservation three days prior, as I had to go to the emergency room twice in one week, after the second visit, I let the guest know that I would no longer be able to host him and see that was fine and let me the same day that he found other accomodations. Now I just need to figure out where to send my hospital paperwork in to Airbnb to ask them to please remove the penalization.

So did you cancel first?  Where and how do you submit medical documentation, please?

You need to call and deal with a person and email that person directly. I had similar happen and they were very nice and helpful.
