Why aren't my ratings being tallied by Airbnb so I can be eligible for superhost?

I am the co-host but listed as both primary and cohost-- I thought both accounts are suppose to be taken into account for Superhost eligibilty but it looks like nothing has been registered since I began?? Hoe do I get Airbnb to recognize my efforts and tally up my percentages??

@Simone464 If you're a co-host, it's not taken into account at all in calculating Superhost. You will see those reviews for a property you co-host don't even show on your profile. Only reviews you get as a primary host count. You could make a suggestion on Host Voice to change it, but right now, that's the way it works.

@Simone464 there isn't superco-host yet 🙂 You can get your superhost status on the listing you are primary host. And in regards to your percentage you arrange that with the primary host of the property I think.
