Why dont I get email review prompts?

I don't get prompted by email to do a review after the guest leaves. Last time I found a chat line with airbnb they were able to send the prompt emails for reviews, now I cant find that avenue?? I keep going round in circles on airbnb??

I have just had my two rooms vacated and still no prompt for email reviews for either of them. The guest also does not have an email.

The chat person last time was really good they fixed the problem for my last guest. Can someone please give me an idea why no email prompts for reviews are being sent to our email addresses. There is nothing like this question in the community help. Thanks

I'm having the same problem. I can't find the avenue to chat anymore to resolve the no prompt issue.

Any luck I am having same problem since July . no prompt review recieved.

My guests did not either. I have tried emailing them but email did not go through. Is yours working now?

Any help will be great.
