Why is a past reservation still pending payout?

Mar 15 - 17, 2017 [personal information hidden] is still pending payout? They gave us a perfect review. Why has the payout not been deposited and why is it still pending?

Hey, Mary, you have posted your question in the Host Forum, not to Air BNB which is what you need to do.  I imagine you have the Super Host phone number, right?  Good luck!

I had a problem getting paid as Airbnb were unable to collect the money from the guest bank account, presumable there were no funds available, or they changed bank account without updating Airbnb's records?

Thank you for the response. Do you know if Airbnb has reached out to them? Also, is this a way people can scam? I woulod think their review should change if they never pay.
