a changed reservation

Hi there, 

I am having trouble with a customer who instantly booked my listing and before I could cancel, the status was confirmed.

I have messaged my customer asking polietly to cancel (so I wont get any penalities, and mainly because I am trying very hard to rent out those dates ASAP) but she is still booked and I fear she will not cancel and show up. 

 

How can I fix this as fast and clean as possible???
