I have a question  that i would like to talk to someone in person to have it clarified. How do I get in touch with airbnb customer service?

Hi Anja,

If you spoke to a customer experience staff on the telephone, you should have received a follow-up email from that person. You can certianly reply to that email and it will go directly to the person if you need to clarify things. If you are still interested in looking to speak to someone in person, perhaps you can see if there is an Airbnb office in New York that you can reach out to. I would first try and reach out to members in the 'New York' community section and see if an Airbnb representative from the New York office moderates it. Best of luck!

You can also post your issue here and see if someone knows the answer.  I have found the customer service people I have talked to to be clueless about a real issue.
