If you spoke to a customer experience staff on the telephone, you should have received a follow-up email from that person. You can certianly reply to that email and it will go directly to the person if you need to clarify things. If you are still interested in looking to speak to someone in person, perhaps you can see if there is an Airbnb office in New York that you can reach out to. I would first try and reach out to members in the 'New York' community section and see if an Airbnb representative from the New York office moderates it. Best of luck!
