availability is not showing up on searches

Many of my available dates in December are do not show up when searching as a guest. I have no block out dates. They show up fine when I entered November dates.

Do you have other restrictions, such as min/max days, lead time, days between bookings, etc. set that might filter out those days?

Don't know if this will work, but try removing cookies from browser, restarting browser, and also turn off and turn all listings back on again and log out before doing your search again.
