I was forced to cancel a long term reservation for three nights because of bushfires and power outage in the area. This was not my fault and I was taking care of the welfare of my guests. The guest received a refund less than they paid - $110 AUD less....

I believe Airbnb should improve the inicial reservation/cancellation process, by at least giving a few hours on which cancellations can occur without penalties. Also, the number of allowed guests should be made much more clear, since I've had a few guests...
