Cleaning Service Fee wasn't applied in a person's reservation.

When someone made a reservation I realized in their total rate the cleaning fee was not included? Is there a bug?

change payment method

I have already confirmed a reservation and airbnb has charged my paypal account for a rental that starts in two weeks. What I would like to do is change the payent method to a credit card. How canI do this?
