block off muliple listings

So far I have listed 4 rooms all under our hotel name which is a pain as it would be far simplier if I could list them under one hotel name !!!

Why cannot I do this

Also is there any way to block off more than one of our rooms  at once if all rooms get booked by another site other than going into our separate room listings and doing each individually which is also a pain as its time wasting time wasting
