booking trends in Long Beach for January and February

Hi 

are December January an February normally slow month for bookings in Long Beach near the downtown area?

I listed my room  since last June and it has been almost fully booked until end of September, then i noticed it slowed down a bit in November  and Dicember /January have been pretty  dead

Airbnb has screwed up pricing on web. Everything is shown as base price, so if you have a high base / low cleaning fee you will get zero bookings....
