@Trevor-And-Fiona0 Looks like you've fallen victim to a hack, and obviously contact Airbnb right away.  I'm afraid they will shut down your account while things are looked at.     If you don't know how to do that, type in "contact airbnb" in the search field of this forum, as there are tons of posts.

Before you do anything else, change your password, and make sure that you change your password on any associated apps/programs tied to Airbnb.  Also if you use the same password on any other site (a lot of people use same password across many sites) then change all of them as well!!!   Hackers have super simple programs where they can test one password against a variety of sites at the touch of a keystroke.

Send all the guests a message telling them that they are the victim of a scam and to contact Airbnb immediately.  If you can provide a phone number for Airbnb and also recommend Facebook that will help.

Change the password as suggested.

Call Airbnb yourself and escalate their involvement immediately.

Gee Trev, if the payments arrive all will be sweet, hey!!!

Airbnb's number is 02 8520 3333, give them a call, they are fairly prompt and they will sort this out. You need to do that there is certain information when it comes to personal details you can't just do via the internet!

Cheers.....Rob
