@Jennifer28 Hi Jennifer, A little bit hard to give advice with so little information, but, here goes!......To possibly state the obvious...you have had previous reviews so you should know the system!
1/. You are logged into your page, and not using a shortcut possibly through an in-cognito window! It sometimes helps to delete your cache and open a new browser.
2/. The booking has taken place through Airbnb, and you have a relevant booking code!!
3/. It was not cancelled due to verification, or some issue like that, because you can still have a message stream with the potential guest, even though Airbnb cancelled the booking.......
4/. You are still within the 14 day window for leaving a review.
I know these things may seem somewhat silly to bring up but, they have all happened before, and we do become creatures of habit and can overlook the simplest of things...Particularly the number 1/. thing! Sometimes I will have to re-login two or three times whilst on my page for some reason or other.
