cancellation as a host

I just cancelled a 10 day reservation of a guest because my trip overseas was postponed.

But there are 3 days within this cancelled trip that i want to keep it up  as i will be away those 3 days. 

Since i cancelled the reservation, on the calendar it wont let me put up these 3 days as available! can someone please let me know how i get these 3 days up as available? (the rest of the days its fine to say cancelled)

If a host cancels, @Sarah900, the calendar is blocked as a way of punishment for the host. It's not possible to have those dates unblocked.

You can't, blocked days is but one of the penalties of cancelling a reservation.
