First how can we get to respond to emails stating a penalty for cancelling a guest within the 24 hour booking period because of sickness ? There is no 'contact us' and it was returned
Secondly can anyone address the problem below please
Dear Office
I do not accept the penalty of seventy seven pounds for Mr Schu cancellation last Sat
It happened within the 24 hour booking slot only 2 hours after his response
I did not click ACCEPT at any point actually, the booking went through automatically on the
basis of his response to the beds provision which i put to him
I needed time to consult my helper and Then I was going to accept / or decline
Most of this I put as my reason
as it turned out my helper was not available Sat at short notice as i feared. With your penalty and his fee I have lost two hundred and twenty five pounds
