I normally always get notices from Airbnb on my cellphone, regarding inquiries or pending reservations. I would automatically respond to them within an hour or 2.
Today I had 6 notifications on your website which I only read once I open your site. One of my guest had been waiting all day for my response, by the time I read her message she had already booked in a hotel.
Why am I not getting any messages from Airbnb on my cellphone? I notice the same problem yesterday.
This not good at all...... it affects my quick response to my guests and am losing bookings:(
