discounts afterwards

Hi everybody,

I have the "problem" that I would like to give a discount to one of my guests. The period of his visit lies in the past - so how can I arrange this? Any ideas are welcome..

In your case it’s not a discount, you will offer a refund..
Use the resolution center to offer your guest the money you wish to return to him…
