emailed invoicing

Hi there,

For the past 2 reservations I have not received an email notification with the invoice and payment info. I'm not sure why that is.

I have gone through all suggested things in the help centre, but have not gotten to the bottom of it.

How can I get in touch with Customer service to request the 2 invoices and more importantly make sure the future invoices are emailed to me?

Hi @Shelley,

Are you a guest or a host? I am assuming you are a guest as Airbnb does not send invoices out to hosts. In order to contact Airbnb, check your reservation/confirmation and there is a number to contact them there. Also, if you have Twitter, send a message to @AirbnbHelp and they usually get back to you within 10 minutes.

Hello,

 

We are a host 😉 and we would like to know how we could have invoices about each stay? 

As the payments are done by Airbnb, it will be Airbnb who send the invoices to us of each guest? Of the total or fee?
